No Drilling. No Hassle. This Pedal Drive Adapter clicks into the foot pedal drive of most fin pedal kayaks to replace your pedals with a mighty motor. This simple swap allows you to take your kayaking to the next level with clean electric power.   

Make sure that you are getting the right Bixpy adapter for your watercraft.

NOTE: This adapter will NOT fit Hobie 360 kayaks!

Now fits more kayaks including:

  • All roto-molded Hobie® kayaks with Mirage Drive (excluding Hobie 360 Kayaks)
  • Hobie Lynx with Mirage Drive
  • Vibe Kayaks with X-Drive
  • Pelican Kayaks with HD Drive

* Motors shown in the pictures above are not included in the adapter kit

* The Bixpy K-1 will not always fit into the Pedal Drive well in Hobie Lynx kayaks. The pedal drive wells in Hobie kayaks are low tolerance pieces that vary from kayak to kayak and although in some cases, the K-1 will fit into the wells, this is not the case for all kayaks. The best adapter for Hobie Lynx kayaks is the Power Pole adapter installed on the rear of the kayak using our 3M VHB double sided tape.

  • The design includes a front bumper which protects the motor in case of impact
  • Cable length from motor connector end to battery connector end: 6 feet (1.85 m)
  • Thruster draft: 9" (23 cm) from bottom of kayak to bottom of motor
  • Protection: Water-proof, dirt-proof and corrosion resistant housing and components
  • Water use: Waterproof Starboard Material
