Nacra 570 MK2 Sport

The Nacra 570 MK2 is here.  An upgraded modern hull design, new sail design, Nacra’s best in class rudder system and a well laid out trampoline with lots of real estate. Weather you single hand, double hand or take the family out the Nacra 570 is your boat.  As always you can choose to add a spinnaker kit to your Nacra 570.  New to this model year, we will offer a Roller Furling Spinnaker  for the N570.  This Sail is flatter and a bit smaller, making it easier to handle single or double handed. 

The ideal recreational catamaran for those who want simplicity and performance, the large buoyant hulls enables you to drive her across the waves in ease in most conditions. Large trampoline area means that you have real space and as it is tensioned it provides a real platform. The trampoline, like all other Nacra’s is made of mesh polypropylene allowing the water to quickly drain through keeping sailors as dry as possible.

The Performance Sails main is made Mylar main with Dacron jib. Sail bags are included. The Nacra 570 provides high performance recreational sailing at an affordable price.

Large new ProGrip decks pads offer additional safety, and sailing comfort. The large pre-tensioned trampoline made of high-quality mesh offers even more support. A new two-person trapeze system with optimized rigging make sailing simple, safe and exciting.

The new sails for the Nacra 570 MK2 are made by our longtime partner and Olympic supplier Performance Sails. To operate on Olympic level, you know the quality from Performance sails is unmatched. Every sail, every detail. Performance Sails’ 30+ year expertise in the catamaran racing world makes sure your sails can handle anything. 

The brand new sail plan offers a new mainsail with optimised power distribution and a brand new in-house developed batten tension system, and the option for a furling jib or spinnaker. The new divisible bowsprit makes for easy transport and low set-up time.
