Seastream Rapid Drive Pedal System Overview
We are taking a look at everything you need to get up and runn...
Have yet to take the kayak out however, I anticipate it performing as expected. My impressions haven't been the best out the box. Main issue being that the instructions to mount the rudder are absolutely aweful, having to basically reverse engineer the rudder to mount it onto the kayak. I'm unsure if the kayak I receive had a factory defect or too tight of tolerance's. The issue is the pin that mounts the rudder to the yak was couldn't be taken out to install. Seems like a very easy fix for seastream, but I needed to use a punch to remove the rudder pulley guides so I could take the pin out and mount... If the rudder needed to come off for shipping I completely understand, however, write some instructions on a napkin at the very least. The build quality of they kayak seems fantastic so far and Shipping was speedy quick. I am very excited to put this kayak to work catching fish!
Took WAY too long to get here over a month and cost me extra for shipping it was held up for over 2 weeks in K.C. Missouri only 16 hours drive from Denver Pathetic but I will admit it was packaged very well and arrived in great condition I could find no blend or cracks or holes. I’m very impressed with the color the pedal drive and the quality of said kayak
Excellent product, great support and very easy to work with. Excellent communication. I highly recommend them.
