Posted by James Grosklaus on 1st Aug 2019 Though this is a good quality trailer, my problem is with the assembly and the company that sold it to me. First, upon unpacking all the parts, I found that there weren't any instructions. we called Liquid Surf and Sail and the person on the line told us how they assemble trailers all the time without instructions. I am a consumer who only bought one and intend to only have one, so it is understandable that I wouldn't have the knowledge right off the bat. Second, there were several instances where I had to either drill a completely new hole for hardware to go through because there wasn't an existing hole, or if the holes didn't line up with a specific part, I had to enlarge the holes in the frame to line them up. Third, the electrical wiring for the lighting wasn't labeled to let you know which wire goes to the left and which wire goes to the right. So, as I previously mentioned, there weren't any instructions, so I again had to call Liquid Surf and Sail to verify which wire goes which way. Fourth, when I was trying to attach the rear light, I noticed that the heads of the carriage bolts were too small to fit the holes they were supposed to go through. I then had to go to the hardware store to purchase the correct size carriage bolts, nuts and washers. Finally, I was told by staff that 2 people could assemble the trailer in about an hour. It took myself and another 3 hours. Again, this is a good trailer, but assembly will be cumbersome. That is why I am only giving this product 3 stars. Blame the manufacture, not the product. 5 Trailer Posted by randy young on 12th Jun 2018 The trailer worked great. It was close on getting here on time. I was 2 days late and there was no direction to the trailer. There was none on line also. We printed a picture and put it together. We had to drill one hole it one of the supports was different than the model shown in the picture. We had the trailer but we had no tile to it before we left, I am hoping it is there when we get back home. The trailer is solid and we'll make.
